I am so honored and excited that I will be hosting a one of a kind trip to Israel next fall with the good folks at Israel Tour Connection!
I have been to Israel many times, beginning with my first trip as a student at the Hebrew University from I am 1978-1980. I fell in love with the land, culture, language and song of this amazing country. I have gone back to visit many times but this trip brings together my passions - music, faith, family and community. This trip will be very special as some of my favorite artists and spiritual leaders will help us see the Holy land through their eyes, ears and personal experience - bridging our differences and helping us bring our varied cultures and backgrounds together.
· Imagine an intimate evening on the shores of the Mediterranean with two of Israel's most respected performers, David Broza and Rami Kleinstein.
· Imagine sipping tea and learning Yemenite songs as Emmy Award winning actress Mare Winningham shares the words of Golda Meir in bringing Mizrahi Jews back to Israel. 
· Imagine a private tour of the stunning glass sculptures in the catacombs of the Kotel with the artist Jeremy Langford.
· Imagine Rabbis, Pastors and Imans and other visionaries sharing their dreams at the interfaith village of Neve Shalom Wahat al-Salam.
· Imagine shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables in the open - air market of Machane Yehuda, and preparing a meal together with a host family in Jerusalem.
· Imagine sitting in the ancient amphitheatre of Caesarea for International Interfaith Jam bringing together our many voices and languages - Arabic, Aramaic, Hebrew, Swahili, Spanish ? the power of music and song ? celebrating humanity in the holiest of places.
